Thanksgiving 2023

This year we are offering all the food you need to create your own Thanksgiving feast either completely or to supplement your creations. All food with be fully prepared with only needing a reheating to serve. Our Local Diestal All Natural Turkeys will be roasted Thanksgiving Morning and not refrigerated after cooking so they will only require a brief reheating and will remain moist and soft. Please look at our selections and let us know how we can help.

All orders must placed before Sunday November 19 by 3:00 pm

All food will need to be picked up between 9:00 am and 1pm Thanksgiving morning

All items are made in advance and cooked and will be refrigerated when you pick them up except for turkey which will be warm at the ambient room temperature. Those requiring a different time let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. To maintain intergrity of roast Turkeys they will not be sliced. If slicing is required there is $10 charge added. 10% service charge and 9.5% sales tax will be added to your final bill.

Dungeness Crab deviled eggs - Local pasture raised eggs stuffed with our own mix of Dungeness crab, pickles, herbs and real mayonnaise

Artichoke – chickpea dip – our take starts with fresh hand turned artichokes and chickpeas cooked in wine with aromatic vegetables and spices then coarsely chopped with olive oil, tahini and preserved lemon then topped with feta cheese. Comes with housemade pita toast

Cacio pepe puffs – classic French pate choux cheese puffs made with parmesan Reggiano cheese and black pepper par cooked ready to be reheated

Steamed Louisiana fresh gulf shrimp - served with cocktail and remoulade sauces

Our own house cold smoked Salmon - sliced thin with rye bread, cream fraiche, capers, pickles
